Hey Will, I was planning on knocking this out this weekend, so it's cool that you posted this today. Just wanted to make sure that with the IDM 100 my new resistor should be the 75,000 ohm 140v 1 watt. Is that correct?
Nice Darin, I was unaware you ordered any. Brett, the guy who does the website with me, took care of all Pay Pal style orders.
If you need some more, just shoot me a PM, or go back to the site.
We have some White ones now as well.
We took the "by" out of the wording as well.
The By part works good for us, but we forgot about everyone else. haha.
I wanna steal your picture for my website too. But I need a higher quality version.
William, I'll try and get you a better pic one of these first days, maybe tomorrow. I'll send you a pm when I do. Can I just send the pic in a pm? Remember I'm an idiot with computers, I think I can though. There is quite a bit of glare from the light right above me in the shop there.

And boy are they small.
I bought extra's. like 2 packages worth.
I'm not seeing any benefits to the mod yet. I'ma talk to a few guys and see what the jist of it is.
For just a snappier Idle, I'd avoid the mod.
I like the mod, it isn't $$$ and it is relatively quick, and I did notice a smoother idle after I did mine, and it is more efficeint for the truck, which makes me feel better if nothing else
I've heard VERY mixed results ranging from William's who doesn't notice much of anything all the way to the guy I got my resistor from who said, "It really woke my truck up." The vast majority seem to say it just smoothed their idle up and some report a noticeable improvement in throttle response. I'm still debating doing it.
I emailed Jim Rose.
His thoughts were, its kinda like putting on a huge air filter. Wont give you HP, but it does something.
he also added
there has to be some reason they went from 100 to 110 to 120 volts.
Makes injectors more snappy.
So.
Guess its not bad.
but not necessarily needed either?
