The way the businesses work now, if they would fit, they would only have one part number for both applications. So look up some new headers from your favorite vendor, and write the part number down for both years, and see if they are the same number.
I used to do that all the time when JCWhitney used to have those long lists of part numbers in their old catalogs. That's how I found out a heater core from a Chevy Vega would fit a 65 Mustang. I went and got one from a vega in the junkyard and yes it did fit.
