I have a 93 F150, Just lowered the rear 5 inches and 215's on the front to level it all out. Im wanting to go lower though. I kow that DJM has the 3 inch drop Ibeams but theyre ungodly priced personlly, I mean if I have to go tat way I will but I was really wondering how far I can go down on the front spring before its impossible to re-align it. Ive been told that you could cut and get 2 inches of drop, ive been told 1 inch, and ve been told you cant at all. Has anyone out there done any custom fab work on this body style? What about a body drop? How much fab work would be involved? Any pics? If anyone could shed some light on this for me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
Im in the process of building a custom sub box that goes the width of the cab in the rear with ported design and reverse mounted subs for looks, smoothed out in fiberglass resin and painted, then a matching center console.
Some other things ive been interested in would be a removeable rear window, hidden antenna, body drop, custom headlights/tail lights, ground effects, custim mirrors, swapping hood springs for shocks, moving gas doors to the inside of the bed, any ideas?
