We always would get a good snow in Plano once a year. 3-5 inches and then it would be gone in a couple of days. It amazes me the perceptions that people have a Texas that really are far off base. I like John Wayne movies, but they are wrong in so many ways and I think that is what really has put certain perceptions about Texas in people's minds.
Cheezit, very nice truck. It always made me sick to see my bably with everything exposed though.
I don't really have any kind of perception Tex, just wondering how they deal with the highways and roads and what not. Here in IL they salt the hell outta everything. I imagine they dont there. Do they plow everything? Or just let mother nature take care of it?

I haven't ever really seen them do anything with it of any type. Usually the roads are clear enough pretty quickly, what makes it stay those couple of days is the stuff that is on the grass, dirt and anything that really isn't giving off some type of heat. Now when it refreezes, oh boy it's fun on some of those up in the air interstate exchanges(635, Central Expy etc) those get fun.
right now Im tring to fund new shoe's. I have 1 1/2" rear blocks. I need 2.5" spacers for the front and ill have my 2.5" level truck. also a muffler delete kit. I finlly got around to cleaning my 03 turbo wich Im still up in the air as to sale or put it on my truck. from there who knows, I like the sleeper look.
Your dog wants to go for a ride! Thanks for sharing!
If you have never had the pleasure of owning a Blue heeler....
they are completly fearless, fast and agile, very protective, and great natural guard dogs. when hes out for a walk you can come with in 10 feet of the little guy.
The only dog I can think of that may be smarter is a border collie. thats debatable though.
hes also the biggist one I have seen at 65lbs.
With your truck... I bet you get that look alot especially when it takes off
Yea, I've gotten the looks that look like they wet themselves while I was going by. Hopefully they didn't, but with that look who knows. Especially on the interstate as that is when the turbo that I have really really really whistles.
I used to live at Lake Elizabeth (Lake Hughes). Not too far from Edwards. Still own the house down there with a lake view that I rent out. Small world eh?
