bad injector ?
at idle the rpm's go up & down 12- 15 rpm, you can't hear or feel it , just see it on the insight . If I hit the high idle it does not fluctuate as bad, just a couple of rpm. no codes or smoke other than a small puff on start up. about 2000 m. on filters & mobil 5/40 syn.

12-15 rpm at idle is good. thats the truck changing fuel flow to self correct and provide the smoothist possible idle it can. the engine as with all fuel injected engines gas or diesel will always drive cyclinders rich to lean or lean to reach this is for the above stated reason along with with the fact it helps the engine self detect isses with most of the sensors and modules.
