ANGELS WON THE SERIES
The Angels just won the World Series!
I live so close to the Big Ed (Anaheim Stadium) that I can see the Blimp from my backyard and EVERYONE is honking their horns. This may not mean alot to everyone since it was a West Coast Series but it is a big deal here. There will be alot of partying in Anaheim tonight.

Hey I'm in Brea and can hear the fireworks from the Big Ed and all the partying going on around us, what a series, woo-hoo it's about time Angels! Been waiting for this moment since they built that stadium in '65.

Congrats guys, what an awesome series, my personal opinion is that bonds should have got the MVP though. He got out 9 times in 7 games, thats damn impressive.

I pretty much grew up in Brea. Moved there when I was in the third grade and graduated from the old Brea Olinda High School in 1978. I now live close to the 91 and 57 freeway junction in Anaheim.

I'm 20 miles south of San Francisco. DAMN YOU BASTAGES! 
Just kidding. Great series it was. We can only wish that all of them were like that. In the end, the best team won. Congrats to the Angels!

I was hoping to see a Expos/Twins World Series. I can't stand Bud Selig.
