Alarm recomendations?
I've already made the repairs but it SERIOUSLY PISSES ME OFF that they keep doing this

So I'm seriously considering an alarm system as a deterrent. Doesn't need to be fancy, I just want a shock sensor so it'll chirp and flash the lights if one of those little **** ants so much as farts near my truck. I looked on the Canadian Tire website for do-it-yourself alarms but they're a few hundred bucks and have all the extra features like remote locks, starting, etc. I'm not seriously worried about the truck being stolen and I could care less about remote starting it, I just want some protection from vandalism. Any thoughts?

That really sucks man, I know I'd be seeing red. I knew a mechanic once who's stereo kept getting stolen so he mounted a bunch of fish hooks under the dash. Sure enough the night was broken with a scream
He's lucky the arresting cop was cool about what he did.
I wish my uncle would have told me before he died on how he hooked up the battery to his door handles and when someone lifted them to open the door zap the crap out of you.
Best thing to do is get a cheap loud alarm and set it to the lightest setting to make it go off. Just be aware your neighbors will not like it, I would let them know you are going to do it for a few days on the weekend or something so they are aware of it. This would also put them on high aleart and they may catch the little AHoles.
Good luck! Hope you catch them.
