Is the MLPS or TRS still a Ford only part or can I get this at napa?

 

Saw this quote and wanted to include it here

"Here is the part number from Ford for the TRS ( its also called a MLPS, manual lever position switch) F5TZ-7A247-AA. It is located on the drivers side of the transmission and its almost in the middle front to back, and its just above the base of the case just before the pan lip."

I think I just answered my own question, but dose anyone know the napa part # if there is one? Napa's closed now so I can't just go to the store.
