I have 2 trucks 1 66 f-100 & a 65 f-100 and i need to know if the parts can be interchanged. I have all the #s for them.

On the code plate that is DSO-That stands for"Domestic Special Order" This identifies the district which ordered the truck. If it is special order it will have the complete order # instead of the code.

Mr. 8 the 65 & 66 are pretty much the same except for the grill, so get on with the swapping that you need to do.

Thanks for the info. But I forgot to mention that the 66 is a one-ton & the 65 is a 1/2 ton. Does this make any differance?

Big 8 You betcha, 1/2 & 1ton parts is different alright.

What do you want to do, and which truck are you gonna keep? If you splan your plan we might could help you here, but if your holdin out on us, it just makes it tuff.
