460 block efi vs carb..differences?

460 block efi vs carb..differences?
Hi, does anyone know if differences exist between carburated 460 blocks and EFI 460 blocks..that is, is there any reason not to use a 'pre EFI' block under EFI heads?
Also, how many CCs are 7.5 EFI heads?
