need help replacing bed sides

i have a 90 f150 4x4 short bed the fenders are ate up with cancer i was wondering how to go bout replacing the bed sides i kno ill have to drill spot welds what tools should i get before i go doin this

Spot weld cutter, Asst prybars, hammer & dollies, body panel adhesive & take the bed off of the truck.

If its just the wheel wells that are bad you can do this. Did this on my F350 and Bronk

You have to weld very slow so you dont heat the metal up and warp it, just take your time and fit it right the 1st time.

yes its just the wheel arches and where did u get that patch panel from? and how much did it cost
