Turning on AUX capability
I got this adapter on ebay and tried it,
FORD F150 F250 F350 F450 Taurus X iPOD INPUT MODULE: eBay Motors (item 280449827258 end time Aug-08-10 21:31:16 PDT)
i tried it with my ipod and my satelite reciever. When i push the AUX button it says "NO AUX something" Is there something i need to do to activate the AUX ability on my factory 6cd stereo non mp3?

Ive heard that some of these stereos have the plug in the back as well as the AUX button but still isnt a radio that allows AUX input.
Would the 18C815 radios accept the input? Ill just pick one off ebay and resell mine.

Based on the pictures that are on the ebay listing, it has the plug for the amp, so its a audiophile radio. Thats pretty sweet.

That one sound just like the one I bought a few years back. It should sound much better than the your current unit. Let me know how it all works out.

Wow it does have a clock that's just crappy. I have never heard of one not having a clock. I have heard of needing the antenna adapter but going from an 04 to the 06 unit I didn't think that shouldve even made a difference I'd contact the seller. Other then those issue everything else works?

Ya no clock, not even a part in the menu to change the clock, there was a tag on the radion when i got it that said that it was out of a 2006 fusion, im just wondering if there are certain radios that have the clock programed out because there is a clock on the dash. Ive noticed when i looked at other of the 18C815 radios on ebay when they are lit up for the picture that some show the clock and some dont. Weird i think.
