The mirrors look cool, heated and have the signals on them... I like them.
Same with the headlights.... go for it. They look good. Im just going to add the brightest bulbs I can find to my stock headlights.... im a cheap *** sometimes.
Anyone familliar with these aftermarket mirrors. Says they fold both ways (good thing). I need a set for towing soon and this is a way better price than Ford. Will I loose quality compared to the factory on these? Thoughts?
The aftermarket mirrors I bought off ebay (from a different seller) are not as good quality as Ford, but they have been working well for 2 years of WI weather and they still look good. We had an ice storm last weekend the heated mirrors quickly cleared the ice, although the fish-eye part of the mirror is not heated.
I have an 03 Ex which does not have turn signals. If I buy a mirror that has turn signals and plug them in will they work?
Question 2. I broke my drivers mirror and the little pins that plug into the housing to make it swivel. The housing itself is just fine. Is it possible to find just the mirror WITH the plastic parts that plug into the swivel. I know i can find just the mirror but I'm wondering about the those broken pins and other pieces that plug into the housing. If so where can I find them
Thanks and I hope this is not considered hijacking the thread
