Transfer Case/Diff Oils
Well I spent the morning reading the Tech Folder link thread by thread. I should have read them much sooner then now. Awesome info so thanks to all who put into them for nubs like me! I do have a question though in regards to Diff and Transfer case oils a few questions.
What is the best fluid for the Transfer Case? Royal Purple, Red Line, ??????
As for the rear diff the same question with regards to fluid.
What is the best fluid for the Rear Diff? Royal Purple, Red Line, Mobil 1??
Also please include if you had to add Friction Modifier or not with your recommendation. Or is that something you should get regardless.
I am at 69K on my truck with this up on the board to do and it will be my very first time. The transfer case looks like cake I am hoping the diff is too
