Hello all... just found your forum and what a lot to go thru on your listings... Well anyway, I just bought another ranger this time an 84 130k on a 2.8 auto. Well Im looking at swaping out this old carb motor for a EFI version. anybody done one ??? Does anybody know if a v8 will fit???

Go here for a forum full of V8 conversions, can also go back to the 4.0 forum to answer some of your questions. However to answer your question it is possible for both, and as far as v8's go converting to a 5.0 is the most common even though others such as a 351 have been done
