four bolt mains?

I have a 1970 f350 360 ci block ( know ) but I am wondering about it. Looking on the internet I understand that it has "heavy duty internals" does that mean it has four bolt mains? does anyone have any ideas?

I also have a 77 f250 that has a 1962 t bird engine in it. I was only able to find little snippits about these engines. anything on eather of these engines?

FE blocks that have 4 bolt caps are cross bolted and 360's never had them.
