07 F150 A/C problems

Recently purchased my 07 with 30k miles. Sold my 97 F150 at same time. Problem is that the 07 seems to lose its cool at stop light/signs. Not completely, but noticeable to me and the family. We usually run it on max A/C to maintain a comfortable temp. Never had to do that with my 97. Had it checked out at local garage that I trust and they say pressures and levels are fine. But state that they have seen times when simply replacing the freon has solved similiar problems. I have warranty at dealer, but am afraid that with the system checking out ok, that I simply will get hit with a diagnostic charge instead of a freon charge. Does anyone have a similiar situation with this year Ford A/C systems? My 97 had a flawless A/C system. Any help/comment appreciated...............Thx

Some trucks were overchared and others undercharged with freon from factory, but if it checked out ok, did they inspect the fan clutch. Some trucks had a problem with the blend door. If you do a search you will find info about it. Hope this helps . Are you shure you are not still under factory bumper to bumper warranty? They should not charge you nothing.
