When I put my ac on you can hear the fan blowing like hell, but barely anything comes out of the vents. I've pulled the blower out to check for debris, but all clear. Any Ideas?
If the truck is equipped with a cabin air filter, check the filter.
Verify the squirrel cage is actually rotating and is not slipping on the shaft.
Then, check ALL the vents to see if the air is coming out somewhere other than where you think it should. Also try the different selectors for MAX (recirculate) and VENT to see if there is a difference.
Also, if the vehicle has been operated in particularly dusty environments, check for a dirty evaporator core.
