Can you still purchase the RH axle pivot bracket for the ttb 4X4 front end in the states. Brackets the one on the RH side of the truck, supports the LH portion of the axle assembly ?
If I'm not mistaken, LMC, NPD, and maybe even bronco graveyard list these items.
I sorta doubt they would still be available thru ford, but anything is possible.
Shipping to Aussie land *might* be a minor issue for some of these places, though.
If you ever find one I don't know what it's going to cost, but you might as well get a lift kit that has two new ones in it if it turns out to be close to the same price.

I'd bet you can. My old LMC catalog lists it as part number 45-1413. I have a new pair from Ford I'm going to install; I'll look up the PN after the weekend for you.
However I get hold of one its now going to suck when I get to changing it. cause its a work truck & can't afford to be off the road I've welded up the broken one & welded it to the crossmember as well as bolted in. Now has a brace from the lowest edge back to the RH chassis rail. not looking forward to removing it again.
