axle pivot bracket
i have a 95 f150 and iam getting a 4" lift and iam looking at what it comes with and it comes with some think called an "axle pivot bracket" i have seen them before but iam not sure how they work or how to put them in.
also if any one could tell me a good place to buy some tires that would be great (33")

I've generally seen those referred to as axle drop-down brackets. When you install your 4-inch lift coils you have to drop the axle mounting points down to compensate, hence the drop-down brackets you mention. The adjustment feature is to make the front end easier to align. When you get the lift I'm sure this will all become very obvious.
