A/C clutch kit
Who sells a good A/C clutch kit I went to do the shim thing with mine and the clutch was wore down alot prety deep grooves in it. My A/C doesn't blow any cold air at all now. When the clutch is spinning with the pully that means it's engaged right? I was watching it with the truck running and it never engaged watched it for about 20 min. I used to hear it click on and off when driving but never heard it anymore

Most large parts stores sell a clutch for around $100, the question of the clutch spinning with the pulley that is correct, when engaged it will spin with the pulley. Do you have voltage to the coil? If you tap on the clutch will it engage? If so with either question, yes you're in need of a clutch since shims have previously been removed.
