Just installed a fuel pressure gauge on my 97. i put the sending unit in the schrader valve fitting on the fpr. im reading around 40 does this sound right? Also i put a autometer boost gauge in where it used to be a issipro but i did not change the line i just screwed the old fitting into the gauge and at about 15lbs the needle goes crazy from 15 to 20 lbs i guessing maybe the lines are not interchagable. any Ideas. Thanks
Thanks Hussler. I guess I was expecting some non-mountable handheld guage. I'm not looking to mount this, just check the pressure to determine if it nees a shim or not. All of the ones I've found are like the one you linked to.
In that case just go to Napa and get a cheap fuel gauge, liquid filled is best but not require for occasional use. It will bounce a bit, just take the average of the high / low. Thought you were looking for cab mounted unit.

It would be nice to have a cab unit i guess. Would have to come up with an area to mount it.
