ic pipes

So I was changing the oil and fuel filter in the truck last week and noticed the pipes. i wiped them and hosed them down about 5,000 miles ago and this is what they look like now. I am having trouble getting the pics posted, but they are in my user cp, garage, pics whatever. Sorry pics are so bad, taken with the phone. Just wanted your alls advice on whether or not I need new boots.

If you are replacing your boots don't forget to consider putting the PRI's in at the same time. They are on sale right now as well.

OK...I'm a bit confused.
Why 6 boots? I need 2 for the Y at the turbo and 2 for the intercooler.
What are the other 2 for?

You're right I'm a "green" mechanic.

What an idiot!!
I should have caught a clue after RiffRaff's post.

Guess I'll have to turn the wrench a few more times than I thought.
I just disconnect at the Y where it meets the turbo right ??

I would think this would tear into it.
I tend to put a LITTLE BIT of lube on hoses I can't get pushed on all the way.

If that was mine I would replace all boots, pull the IC and flush it out and do the CCV mods to stop the oil coming back. Thats what I would do..
