so ive been contemplating doing the delete for some time... i have turbo back 4" magnaflow on the truck... so this weekend i started hearing a squeaking like i had a a broke hanger so i climed under and the weld on the muffler itsself has broke all of the way around the muffler and had broke part of the way down the lenghwise seam... so i went ot a local muffler shop an ask if he could make a pipe for me , he couldnt but he said he might have something laying around that would work... he dug out of a corner a delete pipe from a bully dog system he had installed for a guy... i asked what he wanted and he said $20... heck yea , and boy does it sound great now
I have a factory size exhaust from the manifolds back with a hollowed out straight through cat, and no muffler. The cat looks good for inspection which Ford does. At idle you can hear the turbo whistling from 20 feet away, and it reminds me of an airport when moving from a stop.
