my old ip is on my 90, this one is a 94 or so it says. its a v belt though, so that makes me believe its older, or the previous owner switched everything to v belt cause thats what his original stuff was

I don't have one on mu 7.3l but my 6.9 has one that looks to be vacuum. I'm assuming it's a cold idle adjust cause the right side of the throttle shaft goes into it.

I can't really tell from the picture, is the the tranny control? (Forget the proper name.) With a C6 it would be vacuum, E40D electric, and not sure if there is anything there or what for standards, would have to go look at one to figure it out.

my 6.9 with the vacuum is a 4spd, my electric was a 5spd. Not sure if any swaps were made on them. I know my 90 with nothing on it is factory pump, factory engine and factory 5spd.

Correct. Thats the FILP sensor (FIPL = Fuel Injector Pump Lever)

FIPL is ford speak for throttle position sensor.

But since oreo has a stick shift transmission he can ignore the sensor or toss it because its not needed on his truck
