'66 disk brake swap
I'm looking to get rid of my drum brakes on my '66 F250.
I found a '85 F250 2wd diesel for free and was wondering if the complete twin I beam front would bolt up?

Can't beat free!

Don't know it its same size set-up; make sure you measure the rotors to fit your rims.

Anyone know what the differences are? What exactly changed after '79 that makes the swap impractical?

No, Will not, slight redesign in 80. You have to use 68-79 for your 250.
