Man I'm gonna have a good time in the next few weeks!
Here's what's going on...
1)Diesel site coolant filter system
2)Fuel Pressure guage install (If fuel pressure is low,Installing new BLUE FPR spring.
3)New Edge Insight CTS monitor
4)Cleaning EGR valve for the first time(28,600 Mile's)W/new gaskets
5)Hot flush for the trans(First time)
I'd also like to do the CCV mod but I'm not sure if I need to have any backpressure or not?I'm kinda chicken too because I don't know EXACTLY how to do the mod.I see it like this,My truck's a virgin,She's never had a hand under her hood and once that happens there never the same!LOL.I think I just need to do alittle more searching and reading on here.
Man I love spending money on my girlfriend **Cough**Cough**I mean my truck!
If you get all of this done and have money left over that is burning a hole in your pocket send it my way and I'll spend it on my gal.
Also make sure that you specify that you want the tranny hot flushed. When I took mine to the local dealership they told me that unless you specifically ask for the flush they only drop the pan and replace the filter. Why who knows, probably because the flush cost extra money. I guess many people had rather save a few bucks on service now and deal with replacing the tranny later or hope that it becomes someone else's problem.

Good luck
Trust me I don't have money too burn. All the money for the stuff I buy for my truck come's from side job's.I would give you some if I had it though! As far as the flush goes it will definatly be the hot one.The dealer has the drop the pan and change the filter for $195.The hot flush is $383,Trust me when I see the bill,I'll know I got the hot flush.
Id watch em do the flush. I called and they told me their hot flush was done with truck running to keep it hot and keep adding until it looks clean? This paticuliar deal sells the most ford trucks in the midwest. Ya didnt go there.
do the ccv mod for sure.all you have to do is pull the air cleaner and intake tube off, plug the hole left in the intake tube, and run a piece of 3/4 hose from the valve cover to the rear of the truck.simple, and your intake will love you for it.

I would not run the hose to the back of the truck, it very hard to not get a sag somewhere alone the hose. I see you in a cold winter area. If the hose gets a sag , water condensation can collect at a sag and if it's cold it freeze bocking the hose the back-presser can blow out the oil seal on the turbo. Ive seen it happen. Just run it down to mid cap no sags.

Thanks for the heads up.My truck does sit outside at work for 12 hours a day at sometime's 0* or below in the winter.
