yea i things its grouned threw a wire going to the fender but idk charged when i frist got it

I re-watched your video. Looks like you'll need to move the green wire with the red stripe back over to the S terminal as well
I see you have a 2nd wire to the Stator terminal of the alternator, you shouldn't need that one.
Make those changes, double check the wiring and see if it charges.
If not, I'd do the full field test to make sure the alternator puts out.

all i ready to it to auto zone and had it test ok i will check that second wire on the top or the atlernator gose to the sellionid positve side
