Youtube: Waste adjustment video.
I made a short video of how I adjusted the wastegate on my turbo and posted it on Youtube.

Perfect. If I ever go back to an OEM WG, that is what I will do to get it dialed in. I think you should create a best of KWIKKORDEAD how to DVD with more of these how to's. They say a picture is worth a thousand words but a video is worth a million. I want a KWIKKORDEAD how to video (as part of the full DVD series I demand you start working on immediately) on completing the in tank mods. Let me know when the DVD is ready and where I can buy it.

It's my son in law's stepdad's truck that he asked me to work on.
Installing bellowed up-pipes, a WW, HPX HPOP crossover, RiffRaff fuel crossover, and some gauges.
We had gotten to talking about his truck and he told me that he had a superchips tuner installed and that it towed his 28 foot trailer really well.
I asked him if he had gauges and he said no.
I think you can guess where the conversation went after that!
It's a very nice truck. 2001 4x4 ZF6 Lariat.
Ranch hand bumper, which makes a great work platform after you remove the grill. Room to walk back and forth from headlight to headlight.
Two transfer flow fuel tanks. One 98 gallon bed tank and the other one mounted on the fram and it stretches from the rear axle to the rear crossmember of the tranny. LONG tank!
Regeared to 3.55 axle front and rear.
He says that he routinely gets 20+ mpg with it.
You have to remove the clip off of the lever then adjust the length of the rod.
This one was peened so securely that I had to remove it from the intake housing and clamp it up in a vise, soak it with free-all, then work it back and forth a bit to overcome the peening.
All it took was about three turns to get the desired results.

Here's a little footnote.
I took some before and after pictures of the truck I was working on.
And pliers like these for pulling spark plug wires are perfect for grabbing the end of the exhaust wheel to keep it from turning when you are removing the intake wheel.
I quick blast with the impact gun on the intake wheel and it's off.
Wheel is in better shape than I thought it would be.
