Sat problems with factory nav

Has anyone encountered any problems with the Sirius sat radio? The problem I'm getting is the unit is showing me channels from 1-100 only. I can't receive channels from 100 and up. Is there a fix for this? Maybe a software update?

No issue here, I get them all. Has your free 6 mos expired? If so, did you buy all of the channels? There are many options that do not include all of the available channels.

Randy, what post was that? I have sirius and xm, basically all the channels.

An update as well, I checked with the dealer to make sure the unit was working properly. Then I called Sirius to see if an update was available or at least find out if they had something to do with it.
If anyone else comes across the same problem, just call Sirius and have them re send the sat signal to the radio and it will update the channel list. You will need to be in the suv to do this though, in order to cycle on and off the radio. Now everything is working fine and I can listen to the world cup......go USA!!!
