Tire Recommendation Needed for 01 Excursion

Need a tire recommendation. Since I tow a 10K trailer, I'd probably go with a load range E tire. What is a good tire for city and highway? This truck probably will not see much, if any off road conditions.

According to Tirerack, the correct size is 265/75-16

Any and all help appreciated. TIA.

Those? The first 2 are probably what you are thinking of, right? Not sure why one is more than the other other than the UTQG rating.

For mostly city - highway I think the best thing out there is Michelin LTX's. They ride and handle great, last 70k or so miles and they are quiet. Just make sure you get the E load range as they make D's in our size too.

Andrew, I like the Toyo Open Country AT's. If you want a little more highway miles out of it, get the HT's.

I'm on my second set on the Ex and I just put them on my F250.

Both of my rigs tow 10K trailers.
