My rear window washer hasn't worked since I bought my Ex in '05. While installing headers this weekend I had to remove the fender well. Right there in front of me was the problem. The washer hose is attached to a plastic fitting that had come out of the grommet in the firewall and was just dangling. I put it back in, zip-tied it, and now it works.
If you have the same problem, you can tell if you purposely overfill the fluid reservoir and it leaks out under the front passenger door.
You could probably reach the fitting without removing the entire fender well. Just undo the aft side of the right front fender well where it bolts to the frame and pull it forward for access.
Well add me to that club, however mine is leaking on the other side of that fitting, as it soaked the carpet on the passengers side and began dripping out all along the rail on that side. Must be leaking up high as it got the carpet wet from the front way up high. Thats probably the only feature I didnt check on the test drive.... doh!
