You all know my truck was stolen a week ago. It was found in New Orleans Louisiana. Police said its in Good Condition. I haven't seen it nor do I know if the motor or other parts are missing. What should I should I be most concerned about? Insurance has moved it to there repair facility of choice but I look them up and they are a restoration/mechnical shop. I think I need to get in the hands of some good diesel techs. Wish me the best!

If you know LoJack... that is one technology.

Another implementation I have seen is a system where a cell phone is used to disable the vehicle or to put it in limp mode.

Onstar have that capability.

 

lojack is a joke. well at least here much finer things out then that now.

Somebody wanted to be at the New Orleans oyster festival, so they took your truck. Glad you got news, now I wonder what Good Condition and repair facility have in store for you.

Nah, they just wanted an oil burner so they could dip it outta the gulf, throw it in the tank, and keep on gettin up.

I saw my truck and to my surprise it looks good. The r fender was cracked up. My inside accessories were gone and the front bumper assy is gone. she started right up purred like a kitten with 6 brand new shoes on her feet. YAHWAH is the best way!!!
