Pins worn and loose? If so you can replace them easy enough. I haven't had to myself yet, just lucky I guess (that and a lube job now and then), but read plenty of threads here by those who have.
This is not too difficult. You can get the hinge pins in the HELP section at most autoparts stores.
This is easier with an extra set of hands. If you don't have that option, you can use something like a floor jack to prop the door on. I used a dremel and a cutoff wheel to cut the old ones and then knock them out. Do them 1 at a time.
