Transmission behind Y-Block

A friend has located a 1960 Ford sedan in a scrap yard, with a Y-Block and an automatic tranny behind it.
Not being versed in the automatics of this era, and easily confused by the jargon (MX, FMX, PX etc), can someone tell me what this transmission would be?

There were three different A/T's used in 1960 Ford (& Edsel) Passenger Cars, as it depended on the engine size.

Ford-O-Matic 2 Speed: 223 1V I-6 & 292 2V.

FX Cruise-O-Matic: 352 2V.

MX Cruise-O-Matic: 352 4V.
