I don't know where you live, so I cannot send help, but I will post a suggestion. You didn't mention which engine your 03 has so I'm not sure if it will have the electronic throttle or not. If it has a mechanical throttle (cable between accelerator and throttle plate) your Idle Air Control (IAC) servo may be failing. This is a relatively common issue and could cause the symptoms you describe. The other thing to check is the condition of the battery. If you haven't changed the battery recently it might be getting a bit weak.
