You will want the blocks from a f-350 with a 137" wb, they will have the correct angle so your pinion angle is correct also.

Also try to stay away from 4x4 shops and like I said before try to find a heavy truck spring shop. I think I paid about 360$ for all the front springs and hardware, and about 400 for the rears complete. Just FYI.
