Clean the turbo and intake manifold and replace the HPOP screen with the upgraded one. IMHO the liberator pipe is a total waste of money. I WOULD replace the passenger side section of the y-pipe with a solid pipe that you can get from first coast diesel performance for MUCH less OR just do what I did. Have the flex section wrapped with a piece of stainless and welded solid. Got it done for $50 and works great.

What are you having done to the heads? Just decked? I'd have the springs checked for proper "tension" or even replaced. They are very weak. I'd actually have the heads gone through COMPLETELY if you have the $$. It's like cheap insurance IMHO

make sure you have the blocked checked for flatness. If you ever plan on a regulated return now is the easiest time to do that as well. I would defently do what npccpartsman sugest.

Chances of you having a warped blocked are <.000001% but it is worth checking. If it is warped then yes you'll have to tear everything down, but it's better than having to do the heads over and over and over--cheaper too.

Regulated return fuel system. ITP sells them and they are a site sponsor.

if the block isnt flat then you WILL have hg problems again. rr is a system that elminates the dead head fuel design in our engines. It helps to keep a good steady pressure though all injectors. ITP sells one that is very nice. Check there web site for more info on it.

The high pressure oil pump screen is in the cooler housing. You can buy a straight edge from snap on for about 75 to check block flatness. I would also check the head too casue machine shops tend to mess stuff up forus alot. Also i would install the adernalin pump from diesel site.If you dont wanna spend the money on the pump then at least update your branch tube from the STC fittin to the flared nut fitting very very very good idea.Part number through your local international dealer will be 1879930C91 its only 30 bucks and come with new intake gaskets and just about everything you need. Also do NOT reuse your old case to head tubes get the new updated ones with the backing ring on them. All the stuff i told you is updated stuff that helps prevent failures on the ICP side. I would def do this. Hope this helps!

did you change it just cause the intake was off? Yes the case tubes are in the rails. I would also check the lifters too. They are know for eating the rollers out of them and also the cam. If you have one bad lifter then I'd replace them all and put a valve tran service kit in it

this is the first time I have heard of this. Also the adrinaline pump is a proformance upgrade correct? I have not even heard of anyone running one yet. The last time I seen anything on them was dieselsite didn't recomend using them if it was your everyday driver or only truck, because they were the first of there kind and weren't proven yet. That has been 6 months or so ago so it may have changed by now.
