99 5.4 swap for a 5.4 03

Can I put a 03 2V in my 99 SD? The 03 motor is out of a f150. My motor is knocking bad. I also can get my hands on a 06 2V motor from a E350, does this work? Some people have told me that there might be a head differents in the 2V heads the way th intakes go on? Can i just use the 03 intake? Also some else said that my motor is a no EGR and the 03 is a EGR?
