For the several years I've owned my truck about 75% of the time when I start it hot/warm the idle will surge/buck/instantaneously rev for a few times upon startup. What could be the cause of this? Originally I heard it may be the IPR but that wasnt the problem. Different things I've tried include a new CPS, new IPR, fresh oil, checked HPOP resivoir and its full when cold, fuel pressure is good. Don't know what else to look at. ICP sensor?
