Its probably the big honkin' tractor tires he thinks he "needs."
That's just it, they ran rocks for years with 1500hp blown alky motors and 66" tires. Yes they broke them on occasion but they by no means ATE them all the time.
knew a guy that was breaking 9" axles in a 360hp small block mustang and swore it was a junk axle.... I don't think I need to tell you ti's an idiot setting them up causing the problem cause no one Iknow of calls the 9" junk for a mustang if they know anything.
99% of the time the "need" for bigger axles revolves around the inability to actually set them up. A Rock will handle a small 600hp motor with ease even being abused. Now if your going airborne and keeping your foot on the throttle wide open and hitting the ground with the tires doing 100mph with tractor tires NO axles will survive and thus the issue sin't the axle it's the nut behind the throttle that needs removed.
i thought they banged cousins in the carolinas. sheep are a virginia thing, or where ever cheet-hoe lives.
all i can say about the loader axles is: if you need axles that big, you are losing something in translation. is this a toy, or a sponsored professional truck? because if you need tires so big that you require ag equipment axles to have a good time with only 600hp, you have some kind of issues with intelligence, and this is coming from me. i had 400hp 500ft lbs with lockers and 38's on a ttb f150. i'm not saying it was the end all, be all setup, but it lived just fine with a little common sense of how, and when to use the skinny pedal. did i torch some hubs? yeah, but to claim you eat rockwells with your driving means to me that you are the weak link as stated above. rocks aren't indestructible, but 600hp shouldn't be torching them on a regular basis.
just my $0.02
they dont like air borne truck i killd two set s of rear rocks .trying 2.5 ton rocks again with alot of renforcment we have 500 acre farm we raise hell on also decided to go four link with coils this time have a few pics in my profile page also back halfd this one the loader axles are a wash 16. 41.1 gear ratio in the end so not waisting any more time with them maybe in the future ill use them but no dice now
ps your off road set up on your bronco look s like a intelligence issue no air no fun with that toy of yours if you cant break a rock your not or havent had any fun yet check out bobby abot and the rock mud truck he ate 2.5 ton axles like water since up graded to five tons and i probably will in the near future with all the intelligence i got here at fte and maybe stop jumping the old truck would help i have only gone through two rer ends in 9 years i was just looking to something different thought loader axles would bee cool but 2000 hp sounds in order for those axles and way out of budget

The only thing I gathered from these two train wreck posts was that I was right again.
Otherwise I have no idea what in the hell you are talking about.
EDIT...
looking back I guess I wasnt quite right. I figured the ratio was in the 18-20:1 range but thats still a helluva lot closer than 6something:1.
all i gathered is this guy is a douche. i just bought that bronco. yes it is stock, that is why i bought it. i don't like dealing with other people's hack job "lifts", so i figured i would buy a stocker and slowly buy the right parts that i want, and make it the way i want. so, :flipoff:
i didnt know i drove a train but yeah you all were right. none of you have any outside the box ideas come on loader axles sound so cool maybe just use f106s like a monster truck like every one else does soo boring life is fun with a fabrication challenge if people didnt try crazy ideas like mine know one would have even put duce axles under a pick up in theory right . you cant tell me that no one here has broken a rockwell 2.5 ton axle wether big break or small they break maybe not like water i wanted to go stronger than the plain old duce axle that was the whole point of my thread every one has ideas and a rite to them thanks for helping out with my train wreck too
hey douche are you mad now get some class i wanted to build my truck my way too like every one else here not someone else mess either i smell what your steeping in
type in english, and try to make it understandable. you are trying to start an e-fight with me in the same sentence you tell me to get some class? where the hell is the logic in that?
you asked for opinions about some oddball loader axles, people told you they are not worth the time, yet you still plan to use them down the line. why ask for advice/opinions on something if you are gonna get all butt hurt about it? you said so yourself, if you ain't breaking rocks, you ain't having fun. so my advice to you is go with rocks and have all the "fun" you want and stop being a tard. this isn't a monster truck forum, and it damn sure isn't a heavy equipment forum. rockwells are pretty much the heaviest duty axles most on here have even considered for a truck, let alone actually used.
wooo wooo! Its a damn good thing I bought a fresh bottle of crown today!
First off, youre dead *****ing wrong. Monster trucks DO NOT use F106s. Thats a GD school bus axle. They use custom hybrid ZFs/Mittlers using ZF shafts and something like 16.5:1 total gearing.
Ill put my 1ton axles, measley 39.5 Boggers and hydraulic cammed BBF against any truck with 2.5 rockwells your inbred *** can build...period.
Maybe if you used some capital letters and punctuation and didnt come across as a total dumb *** I wouldnt have called your post "train wrecks."
LISTEN HERE FOOL FOR THOSE OF YOU ELES EWHO DONT KNOW CHECK OUT PATRICK CHASIS THEY BUILD F106 ROCK S OR SCHOOL BUS AXLES INTO MONSTER TRUCK AXLES ALL DAY LONG ALONG WITH MONSTER TRUCKS ETC FOR YOUR IN BREAD *** HAVE ANOTHER ONE BUDDY
