Tranny cooler removal question
Almost done with the E4OD to ZF swap but have a few questions. Right now I can only seem to think of one. I guess I just never thought of how the tranny cooler works so I pulled it all and am wondering what I need to do with the spouts at the bottom of the radiator that are for it. Is it fine to leave open? I expect that the ATF left in there will eventually make its way out, then what? Or do I need to run a hose from one side to the other to keep it sealed?
