intercooler help
Im gonna put one on my 97 and have some questions. will any of the 7.3 intercoolers work? early 99 spider? I read somewhere theres a guy that sells the piping as a kit for the obs. Thanks

Yes, any of the 7.3 SD intercooler will work or the 6.oh intercoolers. Pipes are kinda on you. You can use SD pipes but they will come up a little short on the spyder side. You will need an early 99 spyder.

Yes, all the 7.3 I/Cs will work and so will the 6.0l I/Cs which have larger capacity. Use the early 99 spyder to keep the stock turbo and plenums. Post-99 spyder requires further mods. Plenums, turbo, up-pipe, etc...
Piping kits are around, but I haven't seen anyone who makes them on a production basis. fleaBay has used sets fairly regularly.
