Alternator wiring fire, need replacement plug or harness
1996 Ford F250 7.3 Diesel 2WD Crewcab Shortbed
I am trying to find a wiring harnessor "stator terminal" for my moms truck, Ford has been no help, says they don't make it anymore.
Her alternator caught on fire, went and got a new alternator, and went to look for a wiring harness and can't even find one in a junk yard,
I went through the wiring harness and am pretty sure that its ok, except for the little pigtail that goes in the alternator that has only one terminal. I think its called a stator terminal.
Does anyone know where I can find one of these
or
the entire harness.
BTW
I am a mechanical retard, I fix people and can fatally injure a vehicle checking the oil.
