help me fix my A/C!
so im finally getting around to getting my A/C working. its fully charged but the pump wont kick on. what controls the pump, where is it, and how do fix it easily and cheaply.

12 volts to the clutch will make it kick in and pump. see if you have 12 volts on the wire, and the clutch is bad... if not, then the power comes from a fuse, thru the low pressure switch. compresor kicks off if you have under 20 psi (i think) in the suction side of the pump. you cn put 12 volts to the plug if you want to test the compressor and clutch.

check the gap between your outer clutch plate, and where it contacts the clutch pulley (not sure if Im using the right terminology)
Should be .35-.75 if I remember right, I just did mine on my superduty this weekend.
