you can fit 35's on a stock 250-350 just by trimming the edges of the bumper, so with a shackle flip and reversal you should have plenty of room. a buddy of mine stuffed 39.5 tsl's on a 94 f250 with only a 3'' body lift, but no one should ever do that again

I fit 37s just fine with no lift on my dad's 95 F350 with just spacing the bumper out an inch or two. Thought he may have had the springs rearched or had an add-a-leaf added at some point because of the loads he put on it and the plowing he did with it.

Super Duty springs don't work so well on 91 and older trucks, they are longer overall than the stockers, the pin to rear eye is the same length as stock, front is 4" longer. On the 92+ trucks, the frame is longer at the front than on the 91 and older trucks. You end up needing to have the front spring eye about 2" in front of the end of the frame to have the axle located properly.

Now for 37's on an F350, that shouldn't require more than about 2" above stock, considering I have 35's on my Stroker with nothing done, and a F350 is 2" taller than a 250 stock.

yeah there ar a couple different frame horn configurations on this era truck. 3 i believe. As was posted, my 89 250 frame wound up being 1 1/2-2" to short to push the shackle reversal crossmember forward enough for the superduty springs. What I did was push the front crossmember forward as much as possible and then used a zero rate block to get the axle where it needed to be. That setup netted 5 3/4" lift in the front

I cleared 37's without that setup. Just running stock. (With a new bumper.)

The set up I posted clears the 40's that are on it. About the same clearance my 37's had before I lifted the truck. Lol.

Not long ago actually. They are the front tires off my 6x6. My uncle just happened to have two more of those tires laying around, so I got them. I'll show you a picture later. The tires measure about 40" tall though, and quite a bit wider than the 37's.

Actually being the cheapo that I am, the wheels are custom built 19.5's lol. Custom eight lug center was machined and then welded in. About $600 to do all of the wheels. I figure after I wear these down, I can probably buy new tires to fit them lol.

What kind of disappointed me, being the cheapo that I am, I wanted them to cut out the center of some 8 lugs I already had, but they said that would not be safe at all and that they had to machine new centers lol.
