cab and chassis
Will a 08-2010 dually bed fit on a 03 cab and chassis? Will a dually bed fit directly on a cab and chassis? A friend of mine is wanting to swap a utillity bed on the 03 for a dually bed on a newer truck. I told him I didn't think they were the same but not for sure.

No, cab & chassis trucks have straight frame rails, different from the pickup frame rails. Also, the cab to axle distance is longer on a cab & chassis, so even if you made the bed fit, you'd have a big gap between the bed and the cab. Lastly, the rear axle is narrower on a F350 c&c than an F350 pickup.
