some of the ones listed are the names of the apps. you can also type in a general thing you are looking for and it will give a list. beside each one it will say if it is free or how much. also good to look at reviews even though some of the reviews are worthless and make no sense.

you can also down load an app called "appbrain" and sync your apps with your google account, that way if you ever have to or decide to do a factory reset, you can re-sync your apps.

did they do that on insurance? I got that but I have never taken out a claim.

I bought my Incredible at Best Buy, and they were gonna replace it because of the glitch. Beyond that, I pay for the pertection plan (also from Best Buy) that covers everything - including physical damage.
