Looks like my only options are to either go with a scan gauge 2 or the Torque Pro for Droid. I want to go the Torque route. Does anyone know a good OBDII Bluetooth that works good with the 6.0L and where to get one asap?
don't forget about the Dashboss. Its the best one... not the cheapest one though.
I'm assuming since you are wanting the Torque one you have an android phone
Bubba is on it, I think they all are from China but I would only buy from a US seller, just from the speed and if there's a problem standpoint (which I had).
This is the seller I bought from and they are really quick to ship and if a problem ship another w/o you needing to return.

What ever you do, DO NOT load any s/w these guys send you, just go buy Torque Pro. The disks are full of virus crap...
I also would say avoid the units with the lights -- they are anoying! My unit reads VIN and vehicle info, other units do not (no FICM Calib. version tho...)
I just ordered from a company out in California from eBay. Good reviews and supposed to have fast response and shipping and good customer service. I saw the mini obds but I got a regular size one. Now I'm wondering how much room I will have for my hooves!
I checked their website and it gave no info. I did see they tried to raise capital but didn't get any, if they release it, I will surely buy it if its better than Torques.
Well you overpaid (a wee bit of patience when you ask a Q?), they are cheaper on Amazon, and you will have the really anoying lights flickering at you. Plus they hang down more than 2x the mini's.
But you bought it so water under the bridge, eh?! Hope it works great -- let me know if it picks up vehicle info, many like this one you got do not...

The owner of Dashboss lives about 10 minutes away from me... It's coming to Droid, it just isn't firm when the release be.
Patience is not my strong suit...I may very well just get the mini you posted. What's another $15-20 in the grand scheme of things. Convenience is worth more. Do have the model number of your mini with no lights?
What's funny, is the ones they call mini look smaller than what I have which looks like this one (called super-mini). Model number? one billion nine ninty 7 and lots of zeros and a one (just kidding). This one looks like mine:

Can't help more than that, as long as it is an ELM 327 V1.5, it should work. If you can't cancel your purchase, just go with it. The real fun is on the Torque side anyway.
David, I just responded to your pm. I did not get a mini, and it is not in the way when in use. I like the lights. At least I know ours communicating when the lights are on.
Use caution when buying the cheap OBDII dongles on ebay and amazon. I bought one of the mini-OBDII dongles. Made in China. Didn't need the software that they shipped with it. Good thing...I scanned it and it had a malware virus on it. Also made in China.
The mini-OBDII device only worked intermittently. You get what you pay for...and sometime more than you expect!
Thanks, Fred. I read these warnings before purchasing and chose a good one with English speaking support. Never had any trouble out of it. I also pm'd Davlan the same warning. Good to know it was not a shallow warning ..... well, bad for u.
