Well the codes are simple user errors during the testing. Ie you didn't floor the throttle, didn't click the O/D switch and didn't press the brake pedal etc etc when directed.
334, the valve may not have moved/fully closed but first.
If you haven't I'd suggest disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to clear all codes now that you made repairs and then, first run the KOEO (test key on, engine off) make sure you get a pass code 111 and then take it for a ride see how it does and then check for CM codes (continuious memory) it may have after a good test run.
If it has any KOEO codes you will need to correct them first otherwise a test ride is a waste of time.
Once you've done that come back and post any results.

I did look up the meaning to code 632 and 334. 632 is for the trans converter solenoid, not sure what that has to do with running rich or lean. The other is too much voltage to the EVP solenoid and don't know why I would have too much voltage going there. The EVP, EVR, EGR, O2 sensor, coolant temp sensor, TPS, FPR, IGN MOD have all been replaced. Checked timing and for vac leaks nothing"s working. The codes 536 and 538 I'm unsure of because 538 has 3 different meanings. I just took off the TB and the EGR valve and cleaned out the upper intake plenum, the back of the TB and inside the tube for the EGR thoroughly. Scraped out a bunch of crap and sucked it up with a shop vac and sprayed 2 cans of carb cleaner in it to get it real clean. I just don't know what else to do
536 Brake On/Off circuit failure / switch not actuated during KOER test
538 Insufficient RPM change during KOER dynamic response test/ Operator error
632 Overdrive cancel switch not changing state (E4OD)
Those you where supposed to do during the KOEO test too, disregard them, at least for now.
334 EVP circuit above the closed limit of 0.67 volts.
334, are you getting it as a KOEO, CM code? first one? both? it is a issue, are you sure its not stuck open even just slightly?

The 632 code most of the time is operator error.
DTC 632 indicate the Transmission Control Switch (TCS) was not cycled between engine "ID Code" and the "Goose Test" in Key On Engine Running (KOER) Self-Test.
Possible Causes:
-- TCS damaged or switch not cycled during self-test.
-- Shorted harness.
-- Open harness or fuse.
-- Damaged Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
334 means the EGR valve is stuck open.

Not sure if the EVP is stuck open or not, it is somewhat new. It was the first thing I bought last year when all this happened. Yes I do also get a 334 code with koeo test, right now I got the battery dissconnected and letting the codes clear and will try again later this evening. Right now I've got to meet my sister and unfortunately were having to put my dad in a nursing home. He has alzhiemers and dementia and it's getting worse by the day. Thanks for your help and I will get back to you with the results of the KOEO
Hey, I'm back just checked the codes and the 2 that I get are 334 twice and 512 and that one is for PCM memory. I guess I'll bite the bullitt tomorrow and buy a new EVP. It just sux because the one that on there is technically brand new.
I would not think the EVP sensor would be the problem.
If the truck idles badly also then the EGR valve is not closing.
You can try to clean the EGR valve.
You could also pull the vacuum line (green) off the EGR valve and if the engine smooths out then the EVR solenoid is bad or the wire going to the EVR is grounded.

The EGR is brand new, the truck doesn't idle bad it just hesitates on light acceleration sometimes not all the time. Enough to where I can't get emissions done on it. I just bought a new EVR solenoid today and put it on. I've also taken the green vac line off the EGR and it still stumbled on light acceleration. This is kicking my behind and I'm sure ya'll are tired of hearing about it. But thanks for all ya'llve done and I ain't given up on her yet.Until tomorrow
